payment services provider pingpong, headquartered in hangzhou, has been approved by the central bank of malaysia to obtain a msb (money services business) license, becoming the first chinese to b cross-border payment institution to hold such a license. from now on, pingpong can support enterprises in conducting cross-border receipts and payments using the malaysian local currency, the ringgit, as well as other major global currencies.
